Morning guys! Thanks for your time and advices. Every of your sugggestions together worked to bring the level into view for Voice Over and FlowTools. I went to preferences to uncheck show inserts and Sends and made track waves/notes cos I found it on "no change" or so. I maximize and all, and when nothings happens, I did Command Option F again and typed in the track name in the space provided and bingo! the levels came into view for Voice Over that as I push L while focused on the track, I began to hear minus 4. Then I felt joy swimming back into my heart, washing my worries away. Thanks guys! You all made it happen. I'm so grateful. God bless you all!
