Yeah, I doubt that Pro Tools 2020 supports such an old operating system. Check 
the compatibility at avid.com/compatibility <http://avid.com/compatibility> or 
do a search for terms like pro tools compatibility mac avid, etc. and I think 
you'll find that El Capitan is probably not one of the supported operating 
systems.
