I think i sent a message to the list about installing and uninstalling the prs software. Here is what the screen is saying in either case. This is what it says when I try to install the program. Question Whenever install the PRS on your PC, you need the PLEXTALK Portable Recorder (PTR1) and the original installation disc. Do you wish to completely remove "PLEXTALK Recording Software" and all of its components? Yes No Then if I say yes it says Feature transfer error Error: -1605 This action is only valid for products that are currently installed. OK If I say no it just goes back in to the menu of the disk where the setup file is located. Strange stuff for me. Sharon
