I believe the manual for PRS is in HTML format.  It will use your web 
browser to display the manual and let you navigate thru it like a web site, 
but you don't have to be on line to use it.

A plain text manual would be nice though.  I'd rather just read thru the 
manual straight instead of having to return to pages and find my place again.
