I downloaded the file PTR1VERUP113AENG from the plextalk website onto my computer. I then used roxio easy cd creater to burn this file onto a cdrw disk. I chose data disk from the file menu and burned the file onto cdrw. i took the cdrw and inserted it into my ptr1 when it was plugged into the mains.
