Hi Brian, you should select the item from file menue to burn an image. I never did it with Easy CD Creator, so I can't help you out, how to do it step by step. Imho. Easy CD Creator isn't easy to use with my screenreader at all. In addition the menues in my issue are of course in German and I don't know the English terms. If I translate it the menue item of the file menue should be something like Record CD from CD-Image Tab, and select the ISO format by pressing down the cursor. Now you should search for the ptr1verup112eng.iso file. Now it's your turn, because from this point my screenreader didn't show me the buttons to press etc. However, hth.
