Andy, Yes, these are the maximum speed they can burn at, as the PTR1 is also less than a 48 speed writer, you will have no problem. Actually these disks will work on a greater than 48 speed drive, only they will only burn at 48x speed. These disks will only be able to create daisy material on the PTR1, i.e, not audio CDs directly.
