Regarding the media I'm using to record, I will convey the information as
soon as I get someone to read the freakin disks. I obtained it from the PTR1
vendor here in California IRTI.

They have some of the friendliest people working there, and I think one or
two are on this list. Maybe they can give you the precise information if
they are currently on this list.

Just out of curiosity, what media is it you are using?  Make/part
numbers?  I understand these may be difficult to get, so no worries if
you don't have them, just wondering.  Most of the stuff I buy usually
works with it, I did have one disk error though but this was my fault
entirely.
