Hello. I'm not a very happy camper at the moment. My ptr1 died this morning. I kept putting in cd's and it kept telling me improper or damaged disk. I called the company and they say that I will have to send it in. Luckily it is still under warranty. Anyway I have a cd that I did not get to finalize. Is there a way I can finalize it on the computer. I sure would like to listen to the cd on another mp3 player.. Hope someone can help me solve this problem. Sharon
