Dear Mr. J Garcia

We are sorry to learn that you lost all book mark and voice note by
our clerical error of manual for all clear setting.

It is certainly natural for you to feel " do not trust the plextalk
manual."
and " Plextalk must create a manner by which the user can backup
their freakin bookmarks!!!"

So we can immediately work our countermeasures as follows;

1. We will update the latest PTR1 manual by text version on our web site
ASAP
so that user can be reached up date manual easily.

2. We will do utmost effort to solve your pointed matter which the user
can backup their bookmark at their end.
However, we obliged to say that next firmware update ( end of July '04)
   be left unfulfilled.

In closing we would like to ask for your patience and understating
as we work to rectify your problem.

Best regards

Tatsuo Nishizawa, General Manager
Plextalk Bussiness Develpment Unit
Shinano Kenshi / Plextor Corp.
