Hi,

No.  Simply put, the audio use CDs have a different make up on the
initial ID track, which will tell a machine that they are for audio use.
Whether the quality of these in relation to data CDs is any better I
will leave it up to you - it probably depends on the manufacturer, as
anyone who presses the disks can easily set the required information to
how they want.
