Yes, it would be good if we could count on support from our local dealer
(Band, in the case of the UK, that's the RNIB.

(BIt is regrettable that it quite trouble-filled when user burn the ISO
(Bimage to the CD as well as insufficient instruction.
(B
(BIn order to solve this matter, we would provide more easy way of the
(Bupgrade for every one.
(B
(BThe way would be via USB cable through the Exe file so that user does
(Bnot necessary to burn the up grade CD in the future.
(B
(BIn this connection, please kindly give us a time allowance to develop
(Bthe way of USB up grade.
(B
(BAnd we also suggest that our local dealer has responsibility to support
(Bthe version up for PTR1, so please contact to your local dealer, if you
(Bharry or you do not have any internet connection or problem.

(BHi,
(B
(BThe problem is that probably Plextor only have access to a few CD
(Bburning programs. If you want to burn the firmware using this method,
(Bthen you need to read the instructions that come with your burning
(Bprogram, or contact your dealer to see if they can provide you with a
(BCD.
