[XBL] Names of interfaces

Dear XBL experts,
This email comments on the 7 September 2006 LCWD of XBL 2.0.

In Section 8, the specification defines a number of interfaces but the 
naming is not consistent:
DocumentXBL
ElementXBL
XBLContentElement
XBLTemplateElement
EventXBL

Either name the interfaces XBL* or *XBL, it would be easier to remember 
names and write code.
