In Section 8, the specification defines a number of interfaces but the naming is not consistent:

EventXBL

Either name the interfaces XBL* or *XBL, it would be easier to remember names and write code.

The naming is consistent. XBL* indicates a specific interface and *XBL indicates that * implements that interface. Most DOM specifications use this convention.
