The problem was my XML. For some strange reason, a number of tables have
managed to get a namest="something" and a nameend="" So the parser was
righfully complaining.
I've managed to get an entire book generated. A couple of foibles though:
* I did have multiple indexes when I used Publican, but now I get one
master index only.
* --stype db2latex fails to create the pdf.
However, I think I'm getting a little off topic on this list. I'll
investigate further and take it elsewhere.
