A user on IRC pointed out that there is a new-ish C library by SUSE named libpulp.
https://github.com/SUSE/libpulp Since it's a C library and contains no Python, there is no PyPI name conflict like there we had with PuLP, and I don't particularly see a need to ask them to rename their project. But I'm wondering what others think. Should we contact them just to let them know?
