I've been merging lots of changes to ansible-pulp and pulplift recently,
and I noticed that fairly often, the pulplift update moves forward by a few
unrelated commits. This makes it difficult to make a commit message that
makes sense for pulplift, and can confuse pulplift users, forcing them to
inspect 2 git logs to understand what has changed.

So, even if the change is not particularly relevant for pulplift, please go
ahead and bump the commit anyway to keep it up to date and keep the git log
clean.
