Today, I merged a change to ansible-pulp that broke the CI. I have an open PR to fix it, but we are running into an unrelated problem (Travis is trying to double the number of builds, and cannot ever pass.)
https://github.com/pulp/pulpcore/pull/51#issuecomment-476389752 Until this PR (or its clone https://github.com/pulp/pulpcore/pull/52/) passes, the pulpcore Travis tests will continue to fail. We will continue to look into this tomorrow.
