That's likely because you need to install the module with your OS'es package manager. If Debian or Ubuntu, you'll want to install the pulseaudio-module-zeroconf package. (I presume you're not using Fedora, as Fedora has shiny "Install" buttons next to the greyed out options which install the right modules automatically.)
