Issue #11823 has been updated by Daniel Pittman.

We should probably add code, either as part of this ticket, or another, to 
Facter that tries to get at the PCI data through, eg, sysfs so that we don't 
have to depend on external tools for validation.  That should make this work on 
a wider range of modern systems without the extra dependencies and stuff.

#facter virtual is_virtual
is_virtual => **false**
virtual => **physical**
