During the run, there are a bunch of "Found no suitable resolves of ..." statements, each one taking quite some time to timeout. However, when running the puppet agent, it takes a LOT longer for it to load facts. When I say a LOT, i mean 3-4 minutes. It looks like it just hangs for a while and then a timeout occurs and the puppet agent continues. I rolled back to the 3.6.2 msi installer and it is much faster.
