Generally, I'd prefer text, but it seems it's sending both text and HTML, which works fine for me. A bigger gripe is that the emails are impossible to thread. Is there a way to make redmine either set In-Reply-To properly or at least keep it from sticking status indicators like (Accepted) in front of the subject which breaks subject-based threading ?
