Hello,
I've tried to follow the gidelines in the Development_Lifecycle
wiki-page to fix this bug, but there are two things that I can't figure out.
1. 'rake mail_patches' apparently doesn't work, or are there some
further steps needed to set it up?
2. I can't seem to find how to update the ticket metadata to set the
branch url
