this might be the cause for:
http://projects.reductivelabs.com/issues/2888 if you can provide any
further details or even reproduce this problem with --trace --debug it
would be very helpfull.

can you reproduce that and get details about where it hangs? If --trace
- --debug isn't verbose enough, maybe with ruby --debug puppet ...

I would say 1 and 3 are together one, which would be nice if you can
reproduce it and file reports with debug data. And 2 is imho the cause
for #2888 which would be awesome if you could add more details. Thanks.
