if you "move" a qcow2 to lvm or iscsi,

a copy is made (using qemu_img convert for offline or qmp drive-mirror for
line), with format conversion to raw.

So at the end, you don't have a qcow2 format anymore.

But how do you store a disk file in qcow2 format on a storage only
supporting raw? Like LVM and iSCSI.
