Hi Steve
Attached and below is an /etc/network/interfaces that should do what you want.
Just
* keep interface enp9s0f1 connected to your private subnet 192.168.20.2/23
* connect interface enp9s0f0 to your internet subnet
* connect internet VMs to vmbr1
* connect interface enp11s0f1 to your private subnet 192.168.30.2/23
* connect VMs on subnet 192.168.30.2/23 to vmbr2
If you keep the comment lines (#) they'll show up in the web interface as well.
Disclaimer: I did not test it but it should give you the right idea to go ahead.
