Proxmox is starting again after upgrading the firmware of the 9211-8i
controllers...
And yes it did boot with the old Kernel, so the Firmware of the
controllers was incompatible with thie new Kernel.

dmesg | grep mpt | grep -i fw
should show the firmware version.

Yes, unrelated to Proxmox. But the SAS controller works fine even with this
message.
