Please be more specific or stop trying to scare people. I have no knowledge of
legislation that outlaws EU citizens from communicating to Russian citizens
(who may or may not be working for Russian companies or government) in private
or public places.
Please point me to laws or other EU documentation that states that generic
communication is illegal. You have no right to police other people, only to
state your (political) opinions and I personally don't think this is the best
place for that.
I you have legit concerns (with official documentation), please contact Proxmox
about the sanctions and this mailing list and their forum.
