Hello and thanks for your answer.
I noticed the configure script and the Makefile was produced.
But I get an error:

debian:~/pvfs2.8.1-original/test# make
  LD client/sysint/io-test-offset
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [client/sysint/io-test-offset] Error 1

All the previous steps was completed successfully.
