Are you using the squeakland plugin image?
If so, I just posted (yet another) fix for uploading resource, which may
be the reason you are experiencing these problems.

This update also wnet into the 3.3 update stream as 4859 and should be
in 3.2 soon.

A little more information on this error would be helpful. Do you have a
SqueakDebug.log file?
