[pws] imaged swiki

What do you need to enter in the following fields of the set-up for an
imaged swiki to get it to load the plug-in correctly?  I keep getting the
following message: "The data that the plug-in requested was not downloaded
correctly".  

Here is what I currently have:
Image Editing URLs: 
urlPrefix: http://www.hice-dev.org:8000/
pluginUrl: http://www.squeakland.com/plugin/download.html

Before I had the above urlPrefix, but the pluginUrl that was default.

Any Suggestions?  I'm using the old version - swiki 12 I think while I
attempt to figure out why I can't update to the new version...
