I agree with Norman that the hashes in the tcpdump look correct.
To verify the hashes jabberd computes, you could try to compile it with
--enable-debug and start it with jabberd -D. This will give a lot of
output, so to filter out the interesting parts, try starting it with
jabberd -D | grep 'stream id is\|checking their hash'.

Well, you should probably upgrade you jabberd to S10, since it's
alreeady out. No point in looking for the bug if it could've been fixed
already.
