Hm, seems somewhat pessimistic perspective. Anyway, you could try looking at the [url=https://docs.python.org/2/library/webbrowser.html]webbrowser[/url] and [url=http://stackoverflow.com/questions/22676/how-do-i-download-a-file-over-http-using-python]urllib[/url] modules in python for opening external windows to sites and downloading advertising data for rendering in the program, maybe something with django.
