Thanks for the kitten photo, Richard. :) If we're just going to have a static website, it would be easy enough to use github pages.
For anything dynamic, we could host on Heroku <https://www.heroku.com/home>. I've used the platform extensively and they offer full unix systems to run your server. Deploying code is as easy as `git push`. I imagine we wouldn't need to go past the basic $7 per month cost, and we might be able to get away with using the free tier. I like the idea of a collection of snippets and extensions. I'll produce a mockup for that. Also, I haven't seen the old website.
