I think I just fixed your bug :) The pyglet.media module was recently refactored, and the example file had a wrong import statement. I updated the default branch on Bitbucket, so you should be able to give it another try.
The ffmpeg code is all fairly new and untested, so there are potential bugs. Let us know how it goes!
