There have been several small fixes after version 5.0.3, including one
issue that prevented compilation under OS X.
Time to cut a 5.0.4 bugfix release. @D'Arcy, can you do that? The
changelog is ready, only the release date must be specified.
The pseudo-cursor feature suggested by Justin can then be provided as a
new feature release 5.1 after 5.0.4 has been published.
