Why do you filter it out ?

What is it for ? No matter what the RFC says, most mail software will send
a reply to the Reply-To. I have answered about 20-30 posts to this list and
since posts are seldom and I even more seldom answer posts, all of them
went only to the people who asked. Not what I intended nor how it should
be. Any styleguide (that's a book which describes what users expect how
software should react) will tell you that "you should make the case which
is used most often" the default. For any mailing list (except for announcement
lists), the Reply-To *is* set to the list because usually (ie. in more
than 80% of the cases) people want to respond publically.

I don't *ask* that is being changed or request it. I just get
100 mails/day and I will not try to remember to klick in "Reply to all"
and edit the mail header every time I post to this list because just
this list behaves differently than any other I'm subscribed to.
