Ok I got pudge working (Still figuring out the formatting). In my project directory: c:\\path\to\my\project
$python c:\python25\scripts\pudge --modules theme=pythonpaste.org Wasn't able to run it from setup.py, and for some reason even though the pudge script was python scripts folder, and that folder was in the path it didn't work.
