I want to change the display of my molecule during a movie. For instance, I might want to turn a ligand yellow at frame 50 of a 100 frame movie.
How would I go about this? mvSet - can this be used for other pymol commands? I can use the mvRot and mvSinrot commands fine, but I want to do other things.... Mike Ford
