A Wiki is a non-linear collection of web pages that can be edited and
enhanced by pretty much anyone who reads it -- basically a dynamic web site.
It is sort of like a community blog or mailing list, but more flexible.  The
good part about Wiki is that if information changes over time, the content
can be changed, expanded, or deleted.  That power comes at price
however...people have to be responsible for maintaining it to avoid or
perhaps channel the mayhem that can result.
