Hi Folks,

Hoping some kind soul might be able to help me out on a problem that's
been stumping me for some time. I'm trying to display a surface
colored according to shape complementarity. I create a Grasp surface
file for my ligand, use the ccp4 program sc to write shape
complementarity values onto this surface, and am now trying to use Pymol
to display the surface. I've found (multiple times) examples for coloring
a Pymol surface accoring to a Grasp potential map:

load file.pdb, X
load potential.phi, pot
show surface, X
ramp_new e_lvl, pot, [-1.0, 0, -1.0]
set surface_color, e_lvl, X

But can pymol read in a Grasp SURFACE and color it according to the
property values given in the same. Apologies if this is issue has been
covered repeatedly, but I haven't been able to track it down.

Cheers,
Tony
