Hello Thomas.

I tried running the following:
contact_map_visualizer [ contact-map.xpm [, contact-map.jpg]] on Linux terminal 
command line
or is it supposed to be
contact_map_visualizer [ contact-map.xpm [, jpg]]

Or is it supposed to be running on PyMOL command line?
