Beautiful people, I was trying to make an image with a surface, with part of the surface opened to show the inside. I tried to clip the surface by hiding everything within a distance from a pseudoatom, but I ended up editing by hand selecting atoms with the mouse, left click, hide, surface. I was wondering how hard it would be to temporarily map a toggle (show surface/hide surface of atom/residue/molecule pointed at) to a mouse button. Anyone any ideas?
