Carlos Goncalves has some OS X packages prepared but they aren't yet linked to the downloads page. I also remember having heard about fink packages - I wonder what their status is. On Windows side, there's just the experimental package. If you're just interested on Maemo (or Debian-based Linux distributions), there are already some applicable packaging instructions available at [2].
