Well, my objective right now is to get support for TimeSeries object (just a 
layer on top of MaskedArrays), at least for storing, and put the 
corresponding module in scikits.timeseries.lib. Adapting the code for 
MaskedArrays should be relatively easy.
So, I guess I should think about a 'append' method, right ? What else would 
need to be incorporated ?
