no, I just didn't check. And I probably won't check. However it's more likely 
that your patches are accepted if e.g. it doesn't break the normal Windows 
build and an unrelated build, e.g. for a Linux target.

Maybe you could even separate the patches into a patch supporting a native 
mingw build and a cmingw ross build?
