Malte Helmert added the comment: I'm attaching a patch against trunk that fixes the problem for me (os_times.PATCH).
This uses the sysconf values when HAVE_SYSCONF is defined, and otherwise falls back on the old behaviour (use HZ if that is defined, 60 otherwise). I'm not sure if this is stylistically ok (#ifdefs inside a function, etc.), so I'd appreciate comments. Should I add a test case for the test suite?
