Having 3.6.5 and 3.7.0 with Tcl/Tk 8.6.8, try to File->Open Module and open ssl module. On 3.6 everything is fine, on 3.7 the scroller sticks at the bottom. A Tk text widget with the same amount of lines shows no problem. Apple macOS 17.7.0 with 64 bit Python and Tcl/Tk.
