That enabling FullDiskAccess makes a difference makes some sense but that is not something we should be recommending without better understanding what's going on here. We still need a reproducible test case; I still am not able to reproduce. Raymond, your hint about Dropbox is promising; can you say more, i.e. do you see hangs if you the folder you are saving to is within your Dropbox folder hierarchy? Zain, do you use Dropbox?
