I ran it as follows:
\python31\python.exe setup.py build --compiler=mingw32 --verbose
and got:
running build
running build_py
running build_ext
building 'cobs._cobsext' extension
error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat
If I run:
gcc --version
I get:
gcc (GCC) 3.4.5 (mingw-vista special r3)
